These are the tasks a Pop Consultant is expected to perform.  The common threads are relationship building and doing what you said you were going to when you said you said were going to do it. 

Manage Listings

Scheduling photo/video appointments with sellers on each new listing. 

Meeting the seller at the unit to take photos, shoot a walk-through video, inventory features and specs. 

Build the online advertisement including writing a unique description that guides potential buyers through the unit. 

Acquire proof of ownership


Obtain a signed Central Marketing Agreement. 


Respond to phone calls, texts, emails, and web inquiries (leads) from sellers and buyers. 

Connect sellers to buyers by initiating offers and successfully moving them to the closing stage. 

Ongoing communication beyond the close to stay connected for future opportunities. 

Connect Buyers to Sellers

Use our proprietary CRM and people you know to connect sellers and buyers to initiate a deal and successfully lead them to close.
